Lean Inception workshop
The product Is – Is not – Does – Does not
Here it is time to align the “Is/Is Not – Does/Does Not”. That's a dynamic to align what the product will be, what it won't be, what it will do, and what it won't do when it's built.
Product vision
It consists of a conversation with everyone involved to define, in a single sentence, the vision of the product (its essence). Generally, the template from “Crossing the Chasm“, by Geoffrey A. Moore, which Lean Inception incorporated, is used.
Product goals
It consists of each person sharing their vision on what are the 3 main objectives for the business that the product intends to achieve.
Personas
This is the moment to list the ideal users (personas) of the future product, describing their profile, behavior and needs.
User journey
Here everyone should seek to understand how the user will relate to the product, designing their journey collaboratively.
Feature brainstorming
From the personas, business objectives and user journey, everyone should come up with some ideas of possible features for the product.
Priorization
The generated functionalities are evaluated in terms of technical effort, added value for the user experience and value generated for the business.
Canva MVP
Once you've already built the sequencer, now is the time to summarize your MVP on a Canvas. This view must be populated in the following order:

- MVP proposal;
- Segmented personas;
- Journeys;
- Features;
- Expected result of the MVP;
- Metrics to test MVP hypotheses;
- Cost/schedule information.
